Calling Christian Artists
Please join the Lucas Schoolhouse for the Christian Creative Weekend Seminar, a vibrant gathering dedicated to celebrating and nurturing the God-given talents within our community. We are thrilled to host you for a weekend filled with inspiration, connection, and artistic expression.
On Friday, our keynote speaker, Lancelot Schaubert will take the stage at 7 pm. Lance is an acclaimed author from Brooklyn, whose works have touched the hearts and minds of many, blending profound spiritual insights with compelling storytelling. His presence promises to ignite your creativity and deepen your faith.
Enjoy cocktails and hors d’voures during the introduction to your host, keynote speaker, and fellow attendees. The networking portion is designed to foster meaningful connections among attendees, providing a space to share ideas, collaborate on projects, and build lasting relationships.
On Saturday, you'll have the opportunity to engage in a dynamic panel discussion, featuring a diverse group of artists, writers, and thinkers who will share their journeys, challenges, and successes in integrating faith and creativity.
Saturday night starting at 7 pm, don't miss the open mic and maker’s circle, where you can showcase your talents, whether it's poetry, music, visual art, or any form of creative expression. This is your chance to shine and celebrate the unique gifts God has bestowed upon you.
On Sunday morning, all are invited to join the Midtown Church worship service held at 10:15 am at Lucas Schoolhouse.
Join us for this inspiring and enriching weekend, where faith and creativity come together in a powerful and transformative way.
We look forward to seeing you there!
