Michael Bauermeister and Gloria Attoun in Concert: A Little Country in the City

In conjunction with the opening of Ryan Stanley’s photography exhibit, “Small Town Rural” we are eager to hear the work of this duo from Augusta, MO.
Michael and Gloria have been playing music together since they were teenagers and when they found they both had a love for roots music and knew the same songs, they decided to keep doing it and have been playing ever since. Michael and Gloria bring to the stage - guitars, dobro, mandolin, banjos, and harmonica, in addition to lots of original songs along with some well-chosen covers—-all sung with tight harmonies that come from singing together for years. They write funny, witty, and touching songs about things like Martians, dogs, home, the world, love, and other interesting topics and sing them with clarity and humor.
